 Marsha
Martha Potter-Goldstein

Martha is an Oklahoma + Colorado native who grew up spending her summers in Boulder at her family’s vacation home, so when she started at CU-Boulder in 1967 it was a natural decision to settle here permanently. Martha graduated with degrees in land use management, fine arts, and medical illustration, but decided it was too restrictive for her to spend her days indoors. In 1978, right before a big economic recession, Martha decided to start a real estate career. At that time she was living in the city and worked on fun, innovative projects like Park Towers. Because of the down market, learned to go to auction to help clients purchase properties. Martha and her husband Len (whom she met at Park Towers) now live in Rural Greenwood Village there they keep and ride horses as often as they can. Martha first worked at Moore & Company and VanSchaack, both well-known companies in Denver. She eventually moved to the first all-female owned Devonshire Real Estate. Devonshire was co-owned by her long-time associate and mentor Mary Ann Lee.

Martha is an award-winning real estate professional with over 30 years of high-profile experience. She is a member of the Denver Board of Realtors and has garnered top sales awards for real estate production for the majority of her real estate career. Martha served as a commissioner for Greenwood Village Parks and Trails department and generously donates her time and money to numerous worthwhile charities. Martha has had an extensive and positive history selling everything from luxury high-rise projects, fine homes, land & acreage estates in neighborhoods like Cherry Hills, Greenwood Village, Hilltop and Country Club to name a few and to fine equestrian properties in the country. Her breadth of experience includes complicated, unusual and unique properties.

 Brian 4
Brian Rosen
Brian, a Cornhusker through and through, this proud Nebraska native is a bit of a renaissance man. Prior to getting his real estate license in 2017 and joining the Dwell Colorado Team, Brian worked in education, the non-profit sector and in talent management. Then, in 2016, he founded one of the country’s hottest ice cream concepts, Chaos & Cream, which was profiled on the Food Network. His meticulous attention to detail and insatiable need to please clients have helped him succeed at every stage of life and, based on the results he has already produced in real estate, clearly those skills have carried over. Brian chose real estate because he wanted the opportunity to thoroughly and thoughtfully work with people during one of the most important periods of their life. Whether a client is purchasing a home, selling one or making an investment, it’s vital he or she has confidence in Brian and feels at ease with the process.
